PIQUA — The following are highlights from the Piqua police reports. All information is provided by Piqua police reports.
DRUG OVERDOSE: There was a report of a drug overdose at the Colonial Terrace Apartments on Covington Avenue on Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. The patient was taken to UVMC.
There was a report of another possible drug overdose on Clark Avenue on Feb. 3 at 12:30 p.m. The patient was taken to UVMC.
TRAFFIC CRASH: There was a report of a traffic accident with no injuries on Looney Road near Dollar General on Feb. 3 at around 2 p.m. The at-fault driver was cited for fictitious plates, failure to reinstate license, and assured clear distance ahead.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: A caller reported a known person swerving at him several times while driving in the area of N. Sunset Drive and W. High Street on Feb. 3 at 4 p.m.
There was a report of a disturbance on Harrison Street on Feb. 3 at around 4:15 p.m. There was no violence reported. The people involved agreed to separate for the evening.
There was a report of a group of teenagers fighting in a parking lot at a local business on Covington Avenue on Feb. 3 at 7:50 p.m. Both people involved in the fighting were cited for disorderly conduct.
There was a report of a disturbance on Covington Avenue on Feb. 3 at 9:30 p.m. A subject was at the residence to retrieve property and advised that everything was okay.
BURGLARY: An Xbox was reported stolen from a residence on Fisk Street between Feb. 1-3. There were no signs of forced entry found.
SUSPICIOUS: An officer was flagged down due to a possible break-in on N. Wayne Street on Feb. 3 at 5:30 p.m. An apartment was checked, and no one was found inside.
ASSIST SQUAD: Officers responded with medics to a residence on Park Avenue on Feb. 4 at 2:30 a.m. due to the involved parties being intoxicated and uncooperative.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A vehicle was reportedly damaged on Glenwood Avenue overnight between Feb. 3-4.
ASSAULT: There was a report of a suspect assaulting individuals at a residence on S. Main Street on Feb. 4 at 1:25 p.m.
