Candidates for queen and king include Emma DeWeese, Lindsey Black, Nathan Teeters, Adam Bick, Lauren Koontz, Megan Pettit, Emily Beal, Cole Garrett, Michael Werling and Kley Karadak. Prom for Miami East is this weekend at the Fort Piqua Plaza Hotel from 8-11 p.m. Saturday with a “Fly Me to the Moon” theme. The community is welcome to attend a promenade from 7:15-8:30 p.m. as students enter the prom event Saturday in Piqua.
