Dream Chasers

5K to be held

The fourth annual Dream Chasers 5k Run/Walk in memory of Paul “Skip” Jackson will beheld on Sept. 7 at Fountain Park.Registration will begin at 8 a.m., with the race starting at 9 a.m.

Jackson passed away due to a brain aneurysm. He was a pillar of the Piqua community, friend to many, and a wonderful husband and father who is and forever will be greatly missed!

He was a firm believer in education and wanted as many young adults to have access to college as possible. We’d like to announce the scholarship foundation; DreamChasers is now in full effect and we’ll be rewarding Piqua area students with $1,000 scholarships.

The first $1,000 raised will donated to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, and any money raised after that will go to the DreamChasers scholarship foundation.
