The upright freezers, breading area and potato slicer need to be cleaned.

Gallon containers on floor in store room. Keep all single service items items 6-inch “off floor to prevent contamination.

Soap dispenser at front hand sink not working. Repair so hands can be washed as needed.

YWCA, 418 N. Wayne St., Piqua — Satisfactory at the time of inspection. Monitor food temperatures with thin-tipped metal stem thermometer.
