Nov. 4

Beppo Uno Pizzeria, 414 W. Water St. Violations: Observed butter at room temperature but marked “keep refrigerated” and upright refrigerator holding food above 41 degrees F (ham and cheese – 46 degrees). Keep all TCS foods below 41 degrees at all times to prevent bacterial growth. Butter discarded, refrigerator turned down. Observed broken food containers in use. Do not use food containers that are cracked or broken. These areas provide areas for bacteria to build up. Discard.

Nov. 10

Noah’s House Christian Daycare, 608 W. High St. Violations: Food equipment not being washed correctly. Wash with soapy water, rinse with clear water and sanitize with 50 ppm chlorine. Allow to air dry. Paper towels not at hand sink. Must keep paper towels accessible at all times so hands can be washed when needed.

La Quinta Inn, 950 E. Ash St. Violations: The cabinets in the kitchen need to be cleaned.

Nov. 9

Piqua Catholic School North, 503 W. North St. Violations: Observed unwholesome salsa in walk in cooler. Monitor food closely. Item discarded.
