Fort Piqua Plaza, 308 N. Main St., Piqua. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection.

FM Station, 535 South St., Piqua. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection. Be sure to wash hands before handling food.

May 23

Buckeye Chucks, 1130 Park Ave., Piqua. Violations/comments: The counter by restroom needs to be cleaned. The dumpster is overflowing and needs to be emptied. Provide shield for lights on walk in cooler to protect bulbs from breaking. Ceiling tile missing from ceiling by register. Replace. Remove unused shelves, racks, etc., from establishment to aid in cleanliness.

Greene Street UMC, 415 W. Greene St., Piqua. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection. Provide indicating thermometer or similar device to monitor dishwasher.

Learning Place, 201 RM Davis Parkway, Piqua. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection.

Backyard Bistro, 201 RM Davis Parkway, Piqua. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection.

Budget Inn, 902 Scott Drive, Piqua. Violations/comments: Items were in hand sink. Hand sink must be open and accessible at all times so hands can be easily washed. Provide paper towels at hand sink so hands can be easily washed. The three-compartment sink was broken. Repair. Plumber has been called. Use temporary dish washing set up of three pans to wash, rinse and sanitize until repaired.
