Piqua High School had their 2014 prom this past Saturday, May 3. The theme was Diamonds after Dark and that’s what it really was: the Piqua students were shining all night long.
From 8 to 9 Tom Westfall announced the students as they walked in to the dance while friends, family, and the community could watch them.
Lifetouch had a backdrop set up and were taking picture if the students wanted them. David Burnside was the proms DJ. The students could also get into different costumes and take pictures inside a photo booth.
The Prom Court consisted of Tarisai Chinoda, Brooklyn Michael, Hannah Wise, Reganne Tate, Braygen Saine, Kailey Byers, Hannah Went, Tasha Potts, Rebecka Wiles, Noah Gertner, Trent Yeomans, Tate Honeycutt, Luke Brown, Ty Collier, Clayton Brown, Dillan Gump, Corbin Meckstroth, and Braden Wise.
Before the night was over they announced that the 2014 prom King and Queen were twins Braden and Hannah Wise.
