PIQUA — The following are highlights from the Piqua police reports. All information is provided by Piqua police reports.

DRUG POSSESSION: An employer reportedly found cocaine in a bathroom on the 100 block of Fox Drive on April 1 at 1:40 p.m.

ASSAULT: There was a report of two students fighting at the Piqua High School on April 1 at 2 p.m. A female juvenile offender was charged with first-degree misdemeanor assault.

SUSPICIOUS: There was a report of a male juvenile possibly “mooning” a female adult on the 100 block of N. Wayne Street on April 1 at 3:10 p.m. The alleged juvenile was not located.

A resident believed someone may have been in her house without permission on the 300 block of Staunton Street on April 1 at 3:20 p.m.

Two juveniles were found at Fountain Park after hours on April 2 at 11:45 p.m.

HIT SKIP ACCIDENT: There was a report of a hit skip accident on the 700 block of South Street on April 1 at around 3:30 p.m.

There was a report of hit skip accident in the area of Madison and Park avenues on April 3 at noon.

DISTURBANCE: There was a report of subjects arguing with each other outside an apartment building on the 1900 block of Covington Avenue on April 1 at 6:18 p.m. Everyone was warned for disorderly.

There was a report of two males fighting in the roadway in the area of Cleveland and First streets on April 1 at 6:40 p.m. One subject stated it was a verbal exchange and not a physical fight.

A victim stated that a male “grabbed her face and bloodied her lip” on April 1, according to police reports. Rocky L. Cooper, 44, of Piqua was charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence in connection with this incident.

A complainant reported that his brother threatened to physically harm him on April 3. Teddy S. Righter, 41, of Piqua was charged with second-degree misdemeanor domestic violence.

THEFT: A complainant stated her live-in boyfriend stole her Ohio temporary tag out of her vehicle and was refusing to return it on the 600 block of Second Street on April 1 at 6:41 p.m.

A female adult and female juvenile reportedly stole alcohol from Walmart on April 1 at 8:50 p.m. They both were charged with theft and underage possession.

There was a report of a female shoplifting at Elder Beerman on April 2 at 3:30 p.m. Tabitha H. Lambert, 25, of Lakeview was charged with first-degree misdemeanor theft in connection with this incident.

Several items were reported stolen from a residence on the 400 block of McKinley Avenue sometime between April 1-2.

An Xbox 360 game console was reported stolen from a residence on the 200 block of Cleveland Street on April 2 sometime between 4-9:40 p.m.

A caller reported that an income tax check was missing on the 600 block of Covington Avenue on April 3 at 2:35 p.m.

TRAFFIC STOP: A vehicle was stopped for a lights violation in the area of E. High and N. Main streets on April 2 at 12:45 a.m. The driver was reportedly intoxicated. Brandon M. Schaffer, 27, of Rossburg was charged with first-degree misdemeanor OVI.

ASSIST SQUAD: A complainant reported that a drunk individual was passed out on her front porch on the 100 block of Staunton Street on April 2 at 5 a.m. Officers took the individual to his house. James R. Lewis, 29, of Piqua was cited for minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: There was a report of criminal damage being done to a residence on the 1300 block of Madison Avenue on April 2 at 12:20 p.m.

UNRULY JUVENILE: Three male juveniles reportedly stole a bicycle from another juvenile and fled the area of W. North and N. Downing streets on April 3 at 4:30 p.m.
