The project is expected to be complete this summer and will include new restrooms, a finished second floor with additional pool tables, and a new kitchen. The Hubers have operated Lucky’s for more than eight years. These are the the first updates to the building since the mid-1960s. Huber said that the project will not only bring the business up to current code but he hopes the new updates will make Lucky’s an integral part of the overall Riverscape development project in downtown Piqua.
