PIQUA — The following are highlights from the Piqua police reports. All information is provided by Piqua police reports and Miami County Municipal Court records.

FELONY ASSAULT: A male subject reportedly had two minor stab wounds after an incident at a residence on S. Downing Street on July 15 at 11:41 p.m. He was taken to UVMC where he was treated and released. Robert A. Haney, 39, of Piqua, was arrested and charged with second-degree felonious assault in connection with this incident. Haney is currently being held at the Miami County Jail on $50,000 bond.

THEFT: There was a report of a theft from a Girl Scouts bank account on July 15.

A television was reported stolen from a residence on Chevy Lane on July 15 at 1:15 p.m.

A GPS unit was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on New Haven Road between July 6-15.

A trailer was reported stolen from a business on Long Drive between July 15-16.

A bike was reported stolen from W. High Street while the owner was inside of a business on July 16 at 6:16 p.m. It was later found in the suspect’s possession, who was reportedly intoxicated. Jeffrey A. Davis, 50, of Piqua, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor theft and minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.

Two bicycles were reportedly taken from an unlocked shed on Covington Avenue between 7:15 a.m. and 8 p.m. on July 16. There are no suspects.

Jodi L. Armstrong, 49, of Dayton, was picked up on a warrant for first-degree misdemeanor theft in connection with an incident on Broadway Street in Piqua on June 21. She was released on her own recognizance.

Celeste M. Julian, 21, of Piqua, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor receiving stolen property on July 18 in connection with an incident at Kroger reported on July 6.

UNRULY JUVENILE: There was a report of several juveniles yelling obscenities at a subject riding his bike on Covington Avenue on July 15 at 1:52 p.m. An officer spoke to the juveniles about the alleged actions.

SUSPICIOUS: A subject reported a female subject following him and yelling at him while walking on Boal Avenue on July 15 at 4 p.m.

There was a report of a male subject making inappropriate sexual remarks near the bike path and Kroger on July 15 at 8:30 p.m. A responding officer did not locate the male subject.

A subject reported seeing a red van with “subjects shooting off guns” in the area of W. Water and N. College streets on July 17 at 6:26 p.m. The reporting subject stated the vehicle’s occupants were wearing military uniforms. An officer checked the area and did not locate anyone. There were no other calls made in connection with this alleged incident.

LOST PROPERTY: A subject reported losing a black, faux leather Fallout wallet in the area of the Piqua Public Library on July 15. The subject left contact information with the Piqua Police Department in case it is found.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A window was reported broken on Commercial Street on July 16 at 12:16 a.m. Mark A. Wood, 30, of Piqua, was charged with second-degree misdemeanor criminal damaging in connection with this incident.

HIT SKIP ACCIDENT: There was a report of a hit skip crash on Second Street on July 17 at 6 p.m. Suspect is unknown.

A hit skip crash was reported on N. College Street on July 17 at 6 p.m.

TRESPASSING: There was a report of a male subject trespassing on the back porch of a residence on S. Main Street on July 17 between 9-9:30 p.m.
