PIQUA - Girls and their moms (or another adult) will have fun in "Hairstyling for Moms and Daughters" at the YWCA Piqua. The class for 6-8 year olds will be from 6-7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10.
Tiffany Shepard and stylists from Arabella Salon and Spa will help participants learn how to French braid their daughter's hair and create an "updo" for special occasions. "This class will be a lot of fun for the daughters as well as the moms," Shepard said. "We hope to help moms learn different ways to fix hair and be able to re-create that style at home again."
