TIPP CITY — Ginghamsburg Church will host its seventh Family Worship Experience, FX, at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, in Tipp City. Children and parents can expect an evening of hilarious live skits, dancing, singing and exciting (sometimes messy) games all while learning practical ways to walk closer to God. This event is like no other in the community and is a great opportunity for families to come together in a safe, fun and positive environment. “The moments we can enjoy quality time with our kids are few and far between with busy lives. FX brings the family together, no matter what you may believe, into a positive environment that is providing a positive message for kids and adults in a fun and creative way. This FREE event gives families the tools to bring home and allow them to continue to grow together,” said FX Coordinator, Emilee Hermon.
The entire community is welcome to attend the free show geared toward families with children age 3 to grade 4.
Enjoy a Nickelodeon style evening with Christian life applications taught through music, skits and games. The first Ginghamsburg FX: Family Worship Experience premiered on Wednesday, February 27 with more than 600 in attendance. Every year the FX team makes the show more action-packed, more entertaining and more practical for parents to be equipped with how to inspire their children to be the best version of themselves. This month the focus of the skits is forgiveness. A light meal is offered before the show from 5:15-6 p.m. for a nominal fee and doors open at 6 p.m. Free childcare is available for children under the age of 2.
