Suspicious person: Police responded to the intersection of North College and West High streets after it was reported two men were looking into cars. The area was checked and nothing suspicious was found.

Domestic: Police responded to the 400 block of Brook Street after a male struck a female sitting in a car. Both the boyfriend and girlfriend were injured when police arrived. A primary aggressor could not be determined.

Burglary: Police responded to the 500 block of East Greene Street after a home was entered. A gun and a television were reported stolen.

April 8

Animal complaint: Police responded to the 400 block of East Ash Street after one dog bit another dog. Animal control authorities were notified. Charges are pending and police continue to investigate the case.

Disturbance: Police responded to the 200 block of East High Street after a subject came to a residence and wanted to fight someone who lived inside.

Criminal damage: Police responded to the 400 block of South Main Street after a vehicle was damaged.

Theft: Police responded to the Marathon gas station, 226 W. Water St., after a motorist drove off without paying for gas.
