CRS, the Council of Residential Specialists, has a membership of nearly 40,000 residential real estate professionals from across the United States and around the world who are dedicated to success in their careers. Qualifying members must achieve and maintain sales quotas and adhere to a strict code of conduct. These agents are in the top 4 percent of all agents in their profession. CRS empowers these agents with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel in the competitive real estate market place.
The annual three day event brings together the industry’s top performers and educators to network and exchange strategies to energize and maintain momentum throughout the year. Some of this year’s hot topics included the impact of social media on the market and the latest video marketing techniques.
